Sony recently unveiled its NWZ-W250 Waterproof Walkman which they are calling the best-ever soundtrack for your workout. The Walkman W250 Series is a wearable wire-free media player which offers support for the playback of popular file formats including MP3, WMA, AAC, and Linear PCM. The MP3 player also uses the ZAPPIN technology that scans through stored tracks, playing a short sample from each song to help you find the right music for that moment.
The WALKMAN NWZ-W250 series was designed for today’s active lifestyles, its all-in-one design eliminates the tangle of headphone wires that can slow things down when you’re working out, running or dancing. The W250 is currently available in a 2GB and a 4GB of storage, it comes with a battery that will give you 90 minutes listening time from just 3 minutes of charge. The PMP has a 2.8-inch OLED screen and also has built-in speakers. The Sony W250 Waterproof Walkman will be released in May 2010 and available in the colors of pink, green, black and white.
Available as an optional accessory, the CKS-NWW250 soft carry case protects WALKMAN® while slipping easily into a gym bag or holdall.
