Sharp has added a new Smartphone to its AQUOS Series dubbed the Sharp AQUOS SH-12C that runs the Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS. It gets a 4.2-inch qHD touchscreen display with a 960×540 resolution and dual-rear cameras that has flash and 3D 720p HD video recording. It comes packing the power of a 1.4GHz Qualcomm MSM8255 Processor, 512MB of RAM and a microSD card slot to expand the storage capacity. The device measures 127x64x13.8mm and weighs in at 138g plus there is Bluetooth, GPS, Wifi 802.11b/g/n as well as support for HSDPA 14 Mbps. It will be available from NTT Docomo starting on May 20th, 2011.
