Panasonic has revealed its new Raboo UT-PB1, the newest E-Book from the company. The Panasonic Raboo comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display with a 1024×600 pixel resolution, it packs the power of a dual-core processor but its maker remains unknown, it comes with 8GB of internal storage but unfortunately only 4.5GB can be accessed by the user and it runs an Android-Based OS with direct access to Google OS.
The Panasonic Raboo also comes with other essential features which includes a 1.3-megapixel camera, its offers support for WiFi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth and a microSD card slot that will support cards up to 32GB. Even though it runs an Android OS it will be getting Panasonic’s custom UI, it offers access to the Rakuten E-Book Store, it also offers access to content available on your Viera TV and it will only read XMDF ebooks but it does support multimedia content though which includes H.264, MPEG-4, WMV, AAC, MP3 and WMA files.
The Panasonic Raboo UT-PB1 is expected to kick off sale the 10th of August and it will go for the price of 34,800 Yen which is $442 in US.
