Other than Microsoft announcement of its Kinect Motion Controller coming in November, another Gaming Giant, Nintendo also unveiled another of its innovation at the E3. It is the company’s new 3D Gaming System which doesn’t require a 3D Glasses. The all-new Nintendo 3Ds features a 3.53-inch top screen which gives the handheld console the capability to produce 3D with the use of any 3D glasses. At the bottom there is a 3.02-inch touchscreen display with a 320×240 resolution.
The device has three cameras, one on the inside and two on the outside for 3D image capture. All three cameras can capture 0.3 megapixel photos at 640×480 pixel resolution. There are other specifications which includes WiFi connectivity, an integrated microphone, gyro sensor, stereo speakers on both sides of the top screen, a motion sensor, it supports DS and 3DS cards that will be 2GB at launch. The 3DS can be connected with other 3DS systems via local wireless connection to play competitive games or communicate with the other user. It comprises of the A/B/X/Y face buttons, L/R buttons, control pad, the 3DS also comes with a 3D Depth Slider to adjust level of 3D effect.
