NEC has added a new LCD display to its product line up which is dubbed the MultiSync PA301W which is based on the true 10-bit P-IPS LCD panel. The 30-inch LCD display features specifications includes a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 2560×1600 resolution, an in-built 14-bit LUT for the smoothest colour reproduction and a 3D LUT which helps with colour space emulation. There is also Backlight ageing correction which stabilizes to LCD display’s brightness, as well as compensation for white point drift over the monitor lifetime.
The NEC MultiSync PA301W comes with connectivity for DisplayPort, DVI-D inputs, pivot functions which allows the user to tilt, rotate or adjust the height of the monitor up to 150 mm, there is also a USB Hub integrated. The monitor is ideal for creative professionals, demanding office applications, scientific engineering analysis and the medical field. The new NEC MultiSync PA301W will be launched in Janauary 2011.
