Microsoft has unveiled its latest and most powerful gaming console, the Xbox One X which was previously called Project Scorpio.
Powered by the world’s most powerful gaming processor which is dubbed the Scorpio Engine.
Microsoft has announced its latest gaming console dubbed the Xbox One X. The device was previously referred to as Xbox Project Scorpio. The console will be available on numerous markets worldwide starting on November 7th for the suggested market price of $499.
Dubbed as the world’s most powerful gaming console, the Xbox One X is about 40% more powerful than any console available on the market today.
It is powered by the (Scorpio Engine) which includes an 8-core custom AMD processor that clocks at 2.3GHz. This CPU is capable of delivering real world details to gameplay and smoother interactions. There’s a 6 Teraflops GPU capable of delivering 4K and a more realistic character on screen.
Xbox One X also comes with 12GB GDDR5 of graphics memory which adds speed and power to game performance thus meaning bigger worlds, further horizons and quicker load speeds.
Other mind blowing specifications of the newly announced Xbox One X includes 8GB of flash memory, 1TB HDD internal storage, 4K Blu-ray disc drive and advanced liquid cooling and the supercharger-style centrifugal fan to ensure it stays cool.
Microsoft really boost everything on the new Xbox One X console, and despite the boost in power this is the smallest Xbox console the company has ever made.
I really can’t wait to get my hands on this new gaming console. I have seen screenshots of gameplay and Forza Motorsport 7 is the most anticipated right now.
