Lenovo’s VR Camera dubbed the Mirage Camera which was created in partnership with Google was spotted listed on Amazon for pre-order a few weeks early to its scheduled May 4th release date.
The Mirage Camera with Daydream was spotted on Amazon by Online Inventory app The Tracker. The camera is being placed on pre-order for the price of $300.
Lenovo Mirage Camera allows you to create virtual reality content and offers support for YouTube and Google’s VR180 headset. The videos created by the camera is compatible with VR headsets but can be viewed as normal videos when played on a computer or any 2D device.
Mirage also shoots 4K which can then be streamed directly to YouTube Live or can be uploaded directly from the VR180 app.
It comes equipped with dual 13-megapixel fisheye lenses and also features a 2.2-inch touch screen display. Lenovo also has plans to release its Mirage Solo VR headset right afterwards.
