Here is the latest compact digital camera from Leica which has been dubbed “V-Lux 30”. It is a 15-megapixel camera that comes with built-in GPS capabilities and also has the ability to capture 3D images as well. Along with a 15.1-Megapixel sensor, under the hood you will also find it has a 16x optical zoom and the option to record 1080i AVCHD videos with a 16x zoom range. There is a 3-inch LCD display for previewing captured images and a few advances such as an electronic wind noise filter which delivers better sound while recording as well as geotagging of still images, thanks to its built-in GPS functions. The new Leica V-Lux 30 is expected to debut at the beginning of June 2011 and will go for the price of $749.00.
