The Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ Smartphones has been a widely promoted since launched in April 2017. Initially the handsets were only available in four major colors, but there’s a new color variant to be launched on July 21st and sold exclusively through Best Buy.
The Coral Blue variant of the flagship smartphone will be available to customers in the United States starting on the July 21st, however consumers in the UK and other countries will have to wait a little longer, even though Samsung has not mentioned the coral version going to other markets.
Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus coral blue variant will be available as both unlocked and carrier versions. Both versions will be sold by Best Buy while Samsung will only sell the unlocked version.
The locked versions sold by Best Buy will be available for AT&T, Sprint and Verizon Wireless. If you are interested in getting the coral blue version then Best Buy has a promotion. Best Buy will be running a promotion from July 21-29 where customers will receive $400 off the retail price of the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ if activation or purchase qualifies.
Samsung itself will also be offering a limited promotion that offers $150 off the suggested retail price. If you own a device that matches Samsung’s trade-in conditions, then you will get the credit towards the purchase of an unlocked version.
The Coral Blue S8/S8+ comes with the same specifications as the standard version. They still feature a 5.8-inch or 6.2-inch Infinity Display and powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset.
