BMW has announced its new 2016 Alpina B6 xDrive Gran Coupe performance car which will begin U.S deliveries in June. The new 2016 Alpina B6 sports some of the impressive specifications BWM is known for, it gets more torque and power thanks to a revised fuel system and air intake.
Equipped with a 4.4L Twin Turbo V8 engine, the B6 Alpina is capable of producing 600 horsepower, which is 60hp more than the 2015 model, plus 590 lb-ft for torque. The B6 is capable of achieving a 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds which makes it the fastest accelerating Alpina model ever.
The 2016 Alpina also gets an advanced electronic suspension which delivers superior handling to previous models, it get updated brakes with blue calipers and white Alpina lettering plus the vehicle can also achieve a top speed of 200mph. No pricing details were announced, however, BWM plans to start taking orders for the 2016 B6 Alpina in March, and will start U.S. deliveries by June.
