Aigo releases its new Mobile Internet Device (MID) known as the Walkshow NX7001 which runs on the same OS as some of Nokia’s latest Smartphones, the Maemo OS. The Walkshow NX7001 features a 4.3-inch touchscreen display that offers a 800×480 pixel resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio, there is a 2 megapixel VGA camera, 3G connectivity, Bluetooth module, GPS Navigation as well as Wi-Fi support which is all backed by a Marvell PXA310 806MHz processor and 128MB of RAM.
Other than the 128MB of RAM the Walkshow can support microSD cards and NAND flash memory via an integrated slot. We also forgot to mention that there is a another camera located at the front of the device probably for video conferencing or to be used as a webcam. Thats not all the Walkshow NX7001 also integrates a Webkit browser that supports Java and Flash, expect to see the NX7001 soon for a price of approximately $500.
