Viliv announces the release of there S5 Mobile Internet Device. The Viliv S5 comes in five models with four going to Korea and one for the US/Europe. First there is the S5 S-LOG which features a 4.8-inch LCD with 800×480 pixel resolution and 30GB or 60GB hard drive. The S5 I-LOG which has a 4.8-inch LCD with 1024×600 resolution and 60GB hard drive. Then there is the S-LOG and I-LOG which will be available in Korea.

The S5 Premium for the US which comes with 4.8-inch LCD and 1024×600 resolution, GPS and 60GB hard drive with $649. The finally the S5 F-LOG which has the same specs as the S5 Premium but with an additional DMB tuner.

All the models will features an Intel Silverthorne Atom Z520 1.33GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, WiFi and Bluetooth connection. All model are available for pre-order starting from 24 February 2009.
