Verizon Wireless and Samsung Mobile has announced recently that the Omnia II SCH i920 Mobile Phone will become available throughout Verizon Wireless locations nationwide starting December 2nd. The Samsung Omnia II comes with a 3.7-inch AMOLED responsive display which is powered by Samsung’s TouchWiz 2.0 user interface, a virtual QWERTY keyboard with Swype technology that allows the user to input text much faster whether using finger or stylus and a 5.0 megapixel camera with flash, auto-focus and camcorder.

There is also an enhanced 3D cube user interface that has shortcut widgets which makes access social networking site such as Myspace and Facebook much easier. The Omnia II also comes bundled with Verizon Mobiles Services such as V CAST Music with Rhapsody, V CAST Video on Demand, V CAST Song ID, Visual Voice Mail, VZW Tones, VZ NavigatorSM, Mobile IM and Mobile Email. Backed by the new Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional, the Omnia II will cost a price of $199.99 after a $100 mail-in rebate with a new two-year contract.
