Toshiba recently released the Regza C8000-series LCD HDTV in Japan. The new Toshiba HDTV will come in 37-inch (37C8000) and 42-inch (42C8000) models.

Both models will come with features such as 30000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 120Hz technology and eco-friendly features for up to 51 percent power savings. Both HDTV’s will be available in Japan as of April and will be retailed as follows; 37-inch (37C8000) for ¥180,000 and the 42-inch (42C8000) going for ¥210,000.
