TomTom XXL 530S and XXL 540S
TomTom yesterday unveiled its new XXL Range GPS Devices. The new XXL Range includes two new devices, the XXL 530S and XXL 540S. Both new devices features a 5-inch touchscreen display and come with full maps of the US and Canada installed. They feature the IQ Routes Technology which will offer drivers the smartest and most efficient routes.

They is also offers the TomTom Map Share technology which gives the user the capability to instantly modify street names, street direction, points of interest and more on their device and benefit from corrections made by others. There is the Fold and Go EasyPort® mount which folds flat against the device, making it easy for users to transport and TomTom Help Me menu which allows the users to easily access local emergency service providers such as police, fire stations and hospitals.

The most advanced of the duo is the TomTom XXL 540S which also comes with Preloaded maps of Mexico, the US and Canada, Advanced Lane Guidance and 7 Million Points of interest. The TomTom XXL 530S and XXL 540S will be available in the US and Canada as of October 2009 for an estimated retail price of $279.95 and $299.95, respectively.
