Acer Japan, has unveiled a new member of its Gateway ZX series desktop PCs, the Gateway One ZX 4800-41 PC. The new desktop measures 421mm x 80mm x 515mm and weighs 8kg, there is a 20-inch HD Multitouch display with a 1600 x 900 pixel resolution. It packs the power of an Intel Celeron T3000 Processor, Mobile Intel GL- 40 Express Chipset, 750GB Hard Drive and up to 4GB of RAM.

Other than the fact that it runs the new Windows 7 Home Premium OS, it also features 3rd. generation Dolby Home Theater. The Acer Gateway One ZX 4800-41 Desktop PC will be available starting from November 27, 2009 for a price of 100.000 yen which is approximately 755 euros.

Gateway unveils its new One ZX Multitouch Series of All In One Desktop PCs. The One ZX Series will consist of the Gateway ZX6800 series and ZX4800 series. The Gateway ZX6810-01 will feature a 23-inch multitouch LCD display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and packs the power of a 2.33GHz Core 2 Quad Q8200S Processor, ATI Radeon HD 4670 GPU Graphics card with 1GB VRAM, option of a 1TB Hard Drive or 64GB Solid State Drive and up to 8GB of DDR3 memory. Other features includes an 8x slot-loading DVD burner, an eSATA socket, six USB 2.0 ports, integrated HD WebCam, WiFi connectivity, Gigabit Ethernet plus a hybrid TV tuner and built-in speakers, now thats a high-end PC.

On the other hand the lower-end model, the ZX4800-02 comes with a 20-inch LCD display with a 1600 x 900 pixel resolution and is powered by a 2.1GHz T4300 Processor, GMA X4500HD integrated graphics card, 750GB Hard Drive and up to 4GB of RAM. Both series will be shipped with Windows 7 and will be in stores later this fall with prices starting at $1,399.99 and $749.99, respectively.
