Super Talent Technology today announced their new SuperSpeed USB 3.0 RAIDDrive, which supports transfer speeds up to ten times faster than USB 2.0 drives. The Drive comes in storage capacities of 32GB (STU32GSSK), 64GB (STU64GSSK) and 128GB (STU28GSSK), they are also backward compatible with USB 2.0 ports, but operates at slower speeds.

It measures 95 x 37 x13 mm and is ultra portable like your everyday USB Flash Drive. It is said to be the world’s first USB 3.0 Drive and is compatible with Windows 7. No Pricing information available just yet
