Whichever Notebook held the title of the World’s Lightest, it has just been stolen by the Sony Vaio X Series. The Vaio X Series of notebooks weighs a mere 655g and sports a breathtakingly slim, measuring no more than 13.9mm thin light carbon fibre body.

Ideal for the traveling business professional, the Vaio X is guaranteed to turn heads with a choice of three beautiful finishes: gold, black and premium carbon. It features a 11.1-inch X-black widescreen LED backlight LCD display, it is powered by an extremely low voltage processor and has a battery life that will take you through a 8 hour work day on a single charge. There is also an optional extended X battery accessory boosts stamina further still, up to an incredible 16 hours battery life. Other specs includes bluetooth connectivity, WiFi 802.11 b/g/Draft, built-in MOTION EYE camera, Gigabit Ethernet, two USB Port, external USB DVD drive, an energy-efficient Solid State Drive for quick, reliable access to your files and card slots for Memory Stick and SD media.
