Sony Ericsson has made an announcement that makes the Xperia really really old news, they introduced the T707 which is a GPS Device and a Mobile Phone all compressed together to make one awesome consumer gadget.

The Sony Ericsson T707 has a cool clamshell design, so far the specs that we have here from the person who tipped us doesn’t tell the size of the display. However we know it has a 3.2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity and supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSDPA 2100.

There is also a gesture control feature that let you control your music and other functions of the device by shaking and other wrist motions. The highlight is really the GPS functions such as Google Maps, Geo tagging of photos and GPS navigation. [Thanks Jason]
