Shure has announced its new headset for the iPhone/iPod that has a mic and a music controller built-in. They call it the Shure SE115m+, it features sound Isolating technology and features Dynamic MicroSpeaker II which delivers detailed sound quality and enhanced bass. There is a three-button remote control on the right earpiece cable, allowing users to easily adjust volume, control music and video playback, record voice memos, and answer or end calls.

It also offers interchangeable earphone sleeves that passively block outside noise by forming a tight seal with the ear. If you wish to own the Shure SE115m+ then it will set you back $119.95, it is also compatible with Apple Voice Control and Voice Over technology.
