Sharp NetWalker PC-Z1 Smartbook
Sharp Japan announces the NetWalker PC-Z1 Smartbook in the land of the Rising Sun. The PC-Z1 joins the NetWalker line of smartbook line as one of the first model in the line-up to run the Ubuntu OS. It sports a 5-inch touchscreen display and packs the power of an ARM Cortex-A8-based Freescale i.MX515 800MHz processor, 512MB of memory and 4GB flash memory plus a microSDHC card slot to expand on the 4GB.

Features of the Sharp NetWalker PC-Z1 Smartbook includes QWERTY keyboard, integrated left and right mouse buttons, WiFi 802.11b/g connectivity and runs Ubuntu 9.04 ARM edition Linux OS.

The Sharp NetWalker PC-Z1 Smartbook is schedule for launch on September 25th and will be available in late October in the colors of White and Black.
