Along with the Xacti VPC-SH1 Camcorder, Sanyo also announced the Xacti VPC-CS1 Slim Dual Camera at the CES. Like the Xacti VPC-SH1 Camcorder the Xacti VPC-CS1 is also a “dual camera” which means it can record 1920×1080 HD videos in MPEG-4 AVC or H.264 and can snap 8 megapixel photos.

The Xacti VPC-CS1 features a slim sensor module and a new super slim lens, it has a lightweight and compact body weighing only 5oz and measures 1.06-inches thick. Other specifications of the Sanyo Xacti VPC-CS1 Slim Dual Camera includes an advanced 10x zoom, a 38-mm wide angle lens, Face Chaser Function, Digital Image Stabilizer, Mini HDMI terminal, SDXC memory card and compatible with Eye-Fi cards.
