Samsung is planning to launch its first flash memory cards in Taiwan, the Samsung Premium Plus line which includes SD, microSD and CompactFlash (CF) cards. The SD cards comes with a max capacity of 16GB while the SDHC and microSDHC cards are comply with the Secure Digital Class 6 rating and are available in 4GB and 8GB capacities and offers a 17MB/s read speed.

The Plus CF card comes in 4GB and 8GB and has 233X speed offering 45MB/s read speed.
