Other than the Samsung A600 Home Theater Projector, the company also announced the P410M LED-based DLP Pocket Projector at the CEDIA Expo 2009. The P410M Pocket Projector features a compact design which measures 5.8” W x 2.5” H x 5.7” D and weighs less than two pounds.

It comes with the DLP optical engine with LED light source rated at 30,000 Hours life, up to 140% of NTSC color gamut and two stereo speakers. The P410M allows auto play of media files from any USB storage device without connecting to a computer and the built-in multimedia player provides instant access to music, video and picture files.

The fan emits only 32 dB, which is quieter than the hum of a refrigerator and as whisper quiet as a library.

The Samsung P410M also consumes 30% less energy than traditional lamps and the LED lamp is mercury-free, making it easier to recycle.

The P410M is now available at an Estimated Retail Price (ERP) of $599.
