Plustek Technology presents to us its innovational device, the MobileOffice D428 Portable Scanner which was designed for small and medium business or the professional on-the-go. The MobileOffice D428 comes equipped with a Color CIS image sensor, maximum 600dpi resolution and scans a single page in 2.2 seconds or 28 pages per minute.

It can also scan A4 or legal size documents and even thicker documents up to 1.2mm thick such as credit cards, driver license cards, ID cards, medicare cards or any membership cards. After scanning the MobileOffice D428 Portable Scanner stores the scanned item in the following formats- BMP, PCX, PJEG, TIFF, PNG, MS Word, MS Excel, Word Pro and WordPerfect. The MobileOffice D428 is scheduled for a launch at the upcoming CES 2010.
