Philips Aurea LED HDTV
Phillips has announced the third edition to its Aurea LED HDTV. It features a 40-inch edge-lit display panel with a 1920×1080 resolution and a unique transparent Active Frame with Ambilight Spectra that includes 250 LEDs to light it up and match colors of the images on the screen.

The Aurea LED HDTV has a 2ms response time and boast a 80,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, a 450cd/m2 brightness and a 100Hz refresh rate for smooth motion during fast-moving scenes. The Aurea is also DLNA certified and has a Net TV feature where the user can content to the internet to access Youtube or Philips’ own content.

There are no pricing information available, the Aurea LED HDTV also has 5 HDMI inputs, USB, S-video, VGA and component inputs.
