Panasonic’s new F8 14-inch Toughbook
Panasonic’s fabled Toughbook line has justed been added a new member the Panasonic F8 Toughbook. Panasonic is say that the F8 is the world’s lightest 3G-ready notebook.
The F8 is a 14.1-inch system that weighs 3.7 pounds and has a built-in carry handle for you easy carrying. The Toughbook features a standard Intel Core 2 Duo CPU, up to 4GB of RAM, a 160GB shock-mounted hard drive, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, spill-resistant keyboard and Gobi 3G Technology. The Toughbook F8 will be available in november 2008.

It’s amazing why these types of laptops dont have flash hard drives. I mean, really…shock mounted, but a flash can be run over and still work.
Anyway, 3k is fun to throw away on something, and you get a handle too
