Panasonic has announced the update for their W8 Premium Edition laptop which now comes with a 80GB Intel X-25M SSD with a 250MB/sec reading speed and 70MB/sec writing speed.

The Panasonic W8 also now comes in a choice of three different lid covers, Black, Silver, and Pink Splash. There has been no pricing information released.
