MSI is at it again first it was the Wind U120 Netbook now its the ultra-thin X-Slim 320 which is set to give the MacBook some competition. The notebook weighs just about 2.87 pounds and measures 1.98cm. The MSI X-Slim features a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor, 1366 x 768 resolution, up to 2GB DDR2 RAM, WiFi Connectivity, three USB ports, all-in-one card reader, Bluetooth Connectivity and the NVIDIA Ion platform.

The Notebook is schedule to debut in the second quarter of 2009 for about $800. You can get a preview of the MSI X-Slim Notebook at CES in a few days.
