Microsoft Windows 25th Anniversary

Windows 25th AnniversaryMicrosoft Windows turns 25 today, now as old as me. So whether you a fanboy or just hate this company lets just put all the differences aside and give Windows a big round of applause and wish them a happy 25th Anniversary.

Its now a quarter of a century since the day of November 10, 1983 when Bill Gates launched Microsoft’s first operating system at the Plaza Hotel in New York City where he invited the media to see his new software. At the time the software was being sold for $100 per copy, I wish it was still being sold for that price.

Well as we all know today Microsoft still has the no# 1 OS although apple is giving them some real competition. Microsoft is now working on the Vista successor, the Windows 7 formerly known as Blackcomb, then Vienna.
