Samsung Mobile and MetroPCS announced the availability of the new entry level phone Samsung Stunt SCH-r100. The Samsung Stunt is now available at MetroPCS Outlets nationwide, the phone features a 1.7-inch LCD display with a 128 x 160 pixel resolution, a Slim Bar Design, Icon Carousel featuring One Touch Messaging, One Touch Calendar and One Touch Speakerphone.

There is also Bluetooth connectivity and Metro Applications which includes MetroWEB® Internet Access, Metro 411 Directory Assistance, MetroBACKUP, mail@metro Unlimited E-mail and MyMetro Account Manager. Unfortunately the Handset doesn’t have a camera nor GPS, the Samsung Stunt works with CDMA 800MhMHz/PCS 1900 MHz and AWS Band 1700/2100 MHz networks.
