AMD Netbooks aren’t so popular right now as Atom powered netbooks are more out there. So UK company Medion is about to start the trend with the Akoya Mini E1312 AMD Netbook.

The Medion Akoya Mini Netbook features a 11.6-inch LCD display and is powered by an AMD Sempron 210U processor, 160GB Hard Drive, ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 graphics and 1GB of RAM.

The Medion Akoya also come with a HDMI video output and either 6-cell or 9-cell battery. Expect to see the netbook out in July for GBP339.99
