Man arrested at gunpoint after police mistake his MP3 player for a gun
With mp3 players coming in so many different shapes now i wasn’t surprized when i heard that Darren Nixon, 28, was arrested and put in police cell for simply listening to music on his way home from work. According to the police they were acting on a tip from the public. They follow Darren via CCTV (closed-circuit television) as he boarded a local bus. He was then detained, authorities took DNA and fingerprint samples from Nixon, and about an hour later, released him with a quick apology for the inconvenience.
