Magellan recently announced that its RoadMate 1700 GPS Device is now available at BestBuy. The RoadMate 1700 comes with the WAAS GPS receiver meaning (Wide Area Augmentation Systemcomes), which enhances performance in area where coverage isn’t 100% such as cloud cover areas, wooded areas and canyons.

It has a 7-inch touchscreen display with pre-loaded maps of the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico and over 6 million points of interest. Other specs of the Magellan RoadMate 1700 GPS Nav includes Route planning, Highway lane assist, AAA Tourbook and a a microSD card slot for expansion on your storage. It is priced at $299.99 on pre-order in Best Buy Stores across the United States
