Along with the IdeaPad U150 and the IdeaPad U550 CULV Notebook, Lenovo has also released the IdeaPad Y550P which is the company’s first laptop to use the new Intel Core i7 processor with Intel Turbo Boost Technology, which automatically speeds up the processor when the PC needs extra performance.

The Notebook has a 15.6-inch HD widescreen display with a 1366 × 768 resolution and along with the Core i7 Processor there is an NVIDIA GeForce 240M graphics card, option of a Blu-ray drive or a Super Multi DVD drive, up to 8GB of RAM and runs the new Windows 7 Home Premium. The Lenovo IdeaPad Y550P starts early next month at a starting price of $1,399.
