JVC announced the new HA-NC260 Noise-Canceling Headphones, these new on-ear headphones comes with enhanced noise-canceling and isolation technologies and a fold-flat design. The JVC HA-NC260 comes with a four feet detachable cord, airline dual plug adapter, 1/4-inch plug adapter and a slim carrying case.

There is also features which includes a dual housing structure for an extra sound insulation layer on each earpieces and smooth memory foam cushioned ear pads that helps isolate background noise. The headphones uses a 1.5V AAA battery for noise reduction and expect to see it out in march for a price of $199.95.
