The iPod Range
A U.S. Food and Drug Administration researcher has reported that portable media players such as iPods, Sony Walkman and Zune are unlikely to interfere with heart pacemakers. Testing of variety of iPods showed that they do not produce enough electromagnetic field to interfere with the devices. They measured the magnetic fields produced by four different iPod models: a fourth-generation iPod and an iPod with video, and an iPod nano and an iPod shuffle.
