Intel Atom Pine Trail Platform Announced

Intel has finally announced its newest Atom Platform, known as the Pine Trail Platform. The new platform includes the new Intel Atom processors and the low-power Intel NM10 Express chipset. The new processors includes the Atom N450 for netbooks and portable devices and the Atom D410 and dual core D510 for entry-level desktop PCs.

Processors:

Atom N450 – single core processor for netbook, 512k of L2 cache, a 7 watt total kit TDP including chipset

Atom D410 – single-core processor for entry-level desktop PCs, 512k of L2 cache,a 12-watt total kit TDP including chipset

Atom D510 – dual core processor entry-level desktop PCs, with 1MB L2 cache, a 15-watt total kit TDP including chipset
