Mockup of the HTC/NVIDIA Smartphone
There is a rumor going about that HTC is collaborating with NVIDIA Tegra to bring their consumers a Smartphone that has 1080p support.

NVIDIA has recently launched its Tegra platform which is said to be the platform HTC has chose to be used as applications processor for models in its upcoming range. Tegra combines an ARM-based processing core, running at either 700MHz or 800MHz, with a 1080p HD-capable GeForce graphics core plus additional features like WiFi connectivity all compiled into one chip and this gives HTC the opportunity to make a smartphone like this.

According to the rumor the smartphone is scheduled for a launch date sometime in the second half of 2009.
