I don’t if you remember the HP TouchSmart tx2 Tablet PC, however HP has released an updated version of the Tablet which runs the latest Windows 7 Operating system and will be available as of October 22nd for a price of $799 which is a huge price drop from the $1,149 from the older version starting price.

With the refreshed version of the TouchSmart tx2, users get new applications and features, users can now watch Hulu or Netflix from the touch interface as well as update Twitter or stream Pandora and Rhapsody music. There is a 320GB hard drive that has a higher 7,200RPM spin speed, there is the same 2.2GHz Turion X2 processor, integrated Radeon HD 3200 chipset and the stock memory has been doubled to 4GB.
