HP EliteBook 8740w Mobile Workstation with NVIDIA Quadro 5000M
HP is about to start shipping of its EliteBook 8740w Mobile Workstation with the newly released NVIDIA Quadro 5000M Graphics card. The Mobile Workstation features a 17-inch LCD display and is powered by an Intel Core i7 Extreme Edition and up to 16GB of RAM. The 8740w meets the tough military standards (MIL-STD 810G) for vibration, dust, humidity, altitude and extreme temperatures.

There is also the HP DuraCase with magnesium-alloy structure, hardened steel pin axels and scratch-resistant HP DuraFinish plus the HP 3D DriveGuard for hard drive protection. The new HP EliteBook 8740w Mobile Workstation will be shipped soon for a price of $1999.
