GE’s Chairman and CEO Jeff Immelt showed off the new GE VScan at the Web 2.0 Summit. It is an small ultrasound device which is about the size of a mobile phone, the portable GE Vscan uses ultrasound technology which will now give physicians the ability to diagnose the patients on the spot or even to be more effective on house calls.
