Garmin has announced another member to the Nuvi Series, its the Nuvi 1490T GPS navigation system. The new nuvi comes with a 5-inch LCD display and boast features that most users look for in a GPS Navigation. There is bluetooth wireless calling, lifetime traffic alerts, Lane Assistance Mode, capable of multiple destination input which the unit then calculate the most fuel efficient way to reach both destinations.

There is also a ecoRoute feature that gives drivers the option of selecting the most shortest, fastest and most fuel efficient route to a single destination. Expect to see the Nuvi 1490T in July for an estimated price of $499.99.
