Garmin-Asus has announced that they will begin shipping of its Nüvifone M20 with Windows Mobile 6.5 instead of Windows Mobile 6.1 which was originally been shipped with it. Owners of a Nüvifone M20 running Windows Mobile 6.1 are also eligible for the free update to Windows Mobile 6.5.

The Nuvifone was first announced along with the Garmin-Asus G60 and features a 2.8-inch Touchscreen display with a 480×640 resolution. There are other specs that may catch your eye but what stands out is its 2.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth and WiFi Connectivity plus 4GB of Internal Storage.
