Senseaware Tracking Device for FedEx
FedEx unveiled the Senseaware Package Tracking Sensor which will be used by medical clients when shipping medical packages including organs and surgical supplies. The Senseaware Sensor has a built-in accelerometer, a digital thermometer, a cellular transmitter and GPS Receiver which allows the clients to check in real-time the temperature, light exposure, accelerometer data, to detect drops and GPS location data of the package using a web-based interface.

For clients using the Senseaware Tracking Device with their packages, it will cost $120 per month.
