Evolio, a Romanian manufacturer of GPS navigators has announced its SmartPad S21 10.1-Inch Netbook. It is the company’s first Netbook, it features a 10.1-Inch LCD display with a 1024×600 pixel resolution. The SmartPad S21 is powered by an Intel Atom CPU processor, 160GB Hard Drive, 1GB of RAM and a Intel GMA 950 integrated graphic card.

The SmartPad S21 Netbook weighs 1.1kg and is 27millimeters thick, other features includes a SD/MMC card reader, WiFi Connectivity, 10/100 Mbps LAN, 1.3 Megapixel Webcam and runs the Windows XP OS. The Netbook is available in the colors of Red Spice and Blue Wave for a price of $478.
