Loopy Gadgets call it the Earphone Webcam but it is really unnamed by the designers Andy Kurovets and Kris Dekeijser. It is a Headphone with a built-in Webcam, you see that cystal space on the side that is the lens of the cam.

I wouldn’t really buy this but I must admit it is a creative concept and looks real cool. The photo above is the concept in its headphone mode, see a photo of the concept in its webcam mode after the jump.
