Cowon has made an official announcement about the availability of the Cowon L3 Touchscreen PMP/GPS Device.

The L3 comes equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display and is powered by an dual-core processor (each core running at 480MHz). The Device has GPS functions, DMB digital TV, FM transmitter, FM radio and line-out connection so it can be connected to your car’s audio system.

The device measures 180.4 x 112.2 x 18.3mm and weighs just about 318g. There are also specs such as WiFi connectivity, a web browser, 128MB of SDRAM, 4GB of storage and an SD card slot.
