Yesterday we announced Claro Jamaica’s Unlimited Wireless Internet, well today we got one of the Huawei E226 Wireless Modem to unbox. After the unboxing I gave it a test because I am in Jamaica at the present moment, I must say it can be matched to T-Mobile’s.

I am located in Negril by the beach and I am getting HSPA connectivity and a speed of approximately 1.5MB which is really fast comparing to the Wireless Internet I get from my Hotel room. More photos of the modem after the jump
