Cello Electronics has made alot of consumers in Europe really happy when they announced that they will be releasing the first HDTV that records OTA (Freeview) content directly to an SD card.

The TV is expected to come in three different versions, the 22-, 26- and 32-inch HDTVs. The TV will come with features such as TV tuners, a built-in EPG, split-screen functionality and an integrated DVD player.

The Cello HDTV delivers a 1,440 x 900 pixels resolution and will start at £399.99 ($661) or £469.99 ($777) in Europe only at the moment.
